How do I book an appointment?
We book appointments via WhatsApp. Message us on 072 518 0229 with the service you need and your preferred date and time — or tap Book anywhere on our site to open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. We will confirm your appointment as soon as possible.
Does every appointment include a consultation?
Yes. We provide solutions, not problems — every visit starts with a consultation so we understand your hair, lifestyle and the result you want before we begin.
What are your opening hours?
We are closed on Mondays and Sundays. Tuesday and Thursday 08:00–18:30, Wednesday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–18:00, and Saturday 08:00–15:00. See our contact page for the latest hours.
Where are you located?
17 Telawarren Street, New Redruth, Alberton, 1448. Free parking is available nearby — contact us if you need directions.
Do you cut hair for men, women and children?
Yes. Blunt CUT covers ladies, men, pensioners and children. We tailor each cut to face shape, hair type and how you style it at home.
Do you offer wedding and event styling?
Yes — bridal updos, trials and wedding packages are part of our Blunt CREATE service line. Visit our weddings page or WhatsApp us to discuss your date and party size.
What professional brands do you use and sell?
We work with and retail Goldwell, KMS, DS Laboratories, Hannon, Kwiki Silver and Evolution Keratin. Your stylist will recommend products matched to your hair, not a generic shelf.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on your hair length, condition and the service required. We share personalised quotes during your consultation — view our pricing page for service guidance and typical appointment lengths.
Are you good with children?
Families are welcome. Clients have praised our team for being patient and great with kids — we take the time to make little ones comfortable.
What if I need to reschedule?
