Salon Policies

Clear, fair guidelines so your appointment runs smoothly and we can give every client our best.

These policies reflect professional salon standards. Specific terms for your booking may be confirmed when you book.

Appointments & consultations

All services begin with a consultation. Please arrive on time so your stylist can deliver the full service you booked. If you are running late, WhatsApp or call us — we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be adjusted if time is limited.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. We understand that life happens — just communicate with us as early as you can.

Deposits

Deposits may be requested for long colour services, wedding trials, bridal parties or peak dates. Any deposit requirement will be confirmed when you book. Deposits are applied to your final service total.

Colour services

Colour results depend on your hair history, condition and desired outcome. We set realistic expectations during your consultation. A patch test may be required before certain colour services — your stylist will advise you.

Wedding & event bookings

Bridal and event styling is confirmed once your date, party details and trial (if required) are agreed. Wedding bookings may require a trial appointment and deposit. Travel or early-morning calls are quoted separately.

Children

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Please let us know when booking if your child may need extra time or a first-visit introduction — we are happy to make them comfortable.

Satisfaction

If something is not right after your visit, contact us within 48 hours. We want you to leave happy and will work with you on a fair solution where possible.
